Soaked Saturday

Today was a bummer... so sad to have our last day look like this... miserable. Most of us (minus Bob Lee) went to the beach (like crazy people) and hid under our tent and umbrella! It was misty and rainy and gross! The kiddos made the best of it and played in a little 'pond' that had been created by the rain. There may have been 10 other people on the beach... dye-hards like us I guess... we ate up on the boardwalk and then came back to our 'fortress.' It stopped misting/raining by then so we stayed a couple more hours and then went back to Bobby's house to shower. Yucky way to finish our last beach day, but we made the best of it!

Overall it was a nice vacation... it wasn't the best weather, but we made the best of it. At least it didn't rain everyday, it was just cloudy a lot... always could be worse... and hey we were on vacation!
