Era totally done

Today Morgan did a complete clean out of her room. This pile of things truly brought a tear to my eye.  Morgan is sooo good at ballet but the right teacher is everything I guess!  She has been taking class once a week for this year but it is a battle every week and the entire ride to and from Morgan disconnects from me and doesn't talk.  I pray and hope that she can find another activity that she can excel at just as she has in ballet.  Breaks my heart, but being the mom I need to also let her do what makes her happy and she has commented, "Ballet just doesn't make me happy anymore. I don't enjoy it."  Again, even thought it breaks my heart, I can't make Morgan do something she truly does not enjoy!  Here's to the next era in her life!

Seed growing - Take 1

This seed grower was one of my Christmas presents.  Here is Bob's first attempt at growing plants from seeds!  So far so good!

Daddy and RJ worked  on creating this plinko board all day!  They went to the hardware store and got all the materials and worked for hours together - mostly worked well together - I did hear a few louder discussions, lol.  It turned out great!  I'm proud of RJ for working with his Daddy to create something this cool!  This idea came from a smaller toy he made in his tech ed class in school. 

Up and Over

 Although Morgan didn't do too many events, she really enjoyed track this year.  I am hoping she will continue with this sport and increase her interest in competing in other events as well.  All she really wanted to do was high jump, but a few times she did the 1/2 mile run.  I think she'd be good at the full mile as she is pretty quick for long distance!  (And also a big thumbs up and A++ is that no one gets cut from track!)

Easter - presents - size?

So... MeMom and Pop Pop were very generous again at Easter giving the kiddos plenty of new clothes.  This one bathing suit for RJ though... we all had a good laugh!  Check the tag... XL - Husky!  RJ can't even keep up regular size, but husky?! hahaha!  Oops!
