Easter egg dying!
Never to old to decorate some eggs!
Hard at work and hopefully having fun!
So tonight was opening day for the new turf field for baseball. (Apparently other sports can play on this too but I'm not sure that will truly happen.)
I had planned on attending to see the first game just because I love baseball, but... little did I know that RJ said he would play his mellophone during the 5th inning stretch. Wait, what? He did not take warm clothes this morning and after his tennis match was already freezing... good thing I had extra layers in my car that he could wear. Thank goodness also I grabbed handwarmers!
It was a nice ceremony and although the team lost, it was a cool atmosphere and Macen pitched well in his two innings.
First college visit!
Another awesome band concert! We had a great time listening to some great music! Nice job RJ and Morgan!! Mr. Parker again did a super job performing some amazing music!
So proud of my boy! He earned Student of the Month for December his freshman year at the high school! His English teacher, Mrs. Stover, nominated him. Way to go buddy! Lots of different angles of you up front!
Welp, a snow day is no longer a snow day... for Mom at least! I have a virtual day - but I'm so happy with it! I get to sit at home and work on paperwork all day! Wahoo!! I LOVE the snow. I would love to play in the snow, but the kids don't want to, boo hiss. They had to shovel though because they had an actual SNOW day so I (literally) forced them to go out and shovel!
