RJ did it!!!

Today we headed to the pool after nap for a couple hours... it was so hot during the day but we didn't have time to get to the pool with errands and chores to be done!!

RJ really wanted to try the swim test to be allowed to go down the slide. He can NOT do freestyle but one of the lifeguards shared that he just needs to make it to the other side 'anyway he can.' So... he tried it! He had to swim from one side of the lap pool to the other side THEN tread water for 30 seconds before touching the side. SOMEHOW he did it!!!!! He earned his orange band which means he is allowed to go into any pool shallow or deep in the pool grounds! Way to go Bubba!! Awesome job!!

He and Morgan loved going on the slide over and over. And THEN...

He decided to jump off the diving board!

Holy cow brave child!!!

We now have two swimmers that can swim anywhere... pretty impressive!
