Tonight I signed the kiddos up for FREE physicals at the high school. FREE?! Yes please!! A physical must be completed before beginning a sport and they prefer the physical be completed within the last 6 montsh... up to a year but that would mean I need to drive to the kids doctor (45 minutes away) to get the paperwork. Last year each of the kiddos physicals cost $60 because they each needed theirs (literally) a week before their well visits and it was just easier to get one done at an urgent care than drive to their pediatrician!! (Time is golden!) Urgh... this Momma got smart this year! It ran smoothly and was super quick! Perfect!!
