We headed to the Grange Fair today. We met Grandmom and Granddad there. It was a fun time. We always start with the chicken supper then headed out to check out the animals. After the animal visits we walk around the different craft/business/random stands and head towards the rides. The carnival section is the part the kiddos want... so we make them wait until the end so we can get our interests out of the way first! :) This year we also got to see some animal races!
We watched a show and learned about Alpacas.

I am HAPPY to report this is the first year in at least four years that our visit wasn't cut short by rain! We got the whole night in along with a FREEZING COLD ride home in the open jeep!
As Bob says... Grange Fair is over. Summer is coming to a close...
....as Momma says... boo hiss!
