When the kiddos woke up we ran over to my school to try and set a few things up. We only had like an hour and a half there before we had to race home and eat lunch before running Morgan to princess camp.
From princess camp I had to pick her up a little bit early and head to meet your teacher orientation! She had a blast getting to meet her teacher and realizing several of her friends are in her class! She was very excited to know some kiddos!
From orientation we skipped the all school picnic and headed to Red Lobster for my birthday supper. MeMom and Pop Pop also met us there... but of course traffic was bad so Pop Pop was a good half hour late. The kiddos did amazing even with our 'extended' amount of time there. I enjoyed my supper as did everyone else!
Happy 34th birthday to me with many more crazy birthdays to come! Hopefully this coming year is filled with more love than heartaches and I need to try and take time to step back and really enjoy life even in the rat race it becomes!!
