Eagle Rock

We spent a few days at Eagle Rock to get away from reality for a while! It was nice to enjoy each other and nature for a few days!

Took many hikes and found a bubbling creek!

Of course we climbed on "THE" Eagle Rock!

While we were exploring we found this fast moving waterfall! It rained recently so it was at its full beauty

Today we didn’t really have much on the docket to do so I told RJ if he wanted his electronics he had to run 5 miles and if Morgan wanted her electronics she had to bike with him. They did return after 3.1 miles saying that RJ was exhausted… I guess I’ll let them have their electronics. Morgan did come home with some good photos! Crazy huge tree must have come down right here on the path in last nights mostly wind little bit of rain storm! Wow!

Well Visit for Willow

Today Willow had her yearly check-up. Other than not liking to be contained in the room she did well. She continues to weigh in around 17 pounds. A clean bill of health!

Low key 4th

Happy Fourth of July! Today was a pretty low-key day for the Lee family. Bob had to work so we didn’t do our normal picnic anywhere and did not do any fireworks, obviously, because he was working. I did listen to my patriotic country music and relaxed outside when it got cooler. We did wear our patriotic shirts and Morgan made some patriotic dessert. We watched a few fireworks set off by someone in the area which was nice and then we all stayed up too late before going to bed, LOL. The great news though – the dogs do not seem bothered with fireworks, they didn’t bark one time!
