So... I have been in a bit of a funk recently so I decided I would go to the pool and swim some laps... well some laps turned into a lot! I started getting into rhythm and it almost felt like meditation! I just counted my strokes and focused on my breathing. It felt amazing!
So... I did it a second day!
Adding swim into my workout routine - every other day I will run 3.5 miles or swim and walk
