Irish Potatoes - Morgan!

Morgan helped me make our batch(es) of Irish Potatoes tonight! She did a better job than I did... although her potatoes are large... and in charge! Mine are pop-able... her's are bite-able! haha!

A yearly tradition... I always enjoy making (and eating) Irish Potatoes! The process is super easy, but makes for tired little arms... especially with making big batches so that everyone can enjoy them before they are all gone!!

When arms get tired Momma finishes up... this is how Daddy rolls until it's time for taste testing! :)

The process of making Irish Potatoes is a bit sticky, but the outcome is delicious!!!

23 months: consistently saying 2 word sentences
23 months: learned how to whisper!
24 months: telling us when she poops!
25 months: (12-22-08) First intelligible 3-wd sentence: Dada ickey on!
almost 26 months: (1-10-08) Is counting to five consistently and knows many colors
3-20-09: favorite phrase= "I see (item) TOO!"
5-4-09: Talking like crazy! (3-5 word phrases)
6-3-09: First day wearing big girl underwear all day! (except nap and bedtime)
6-5-09: First day to wear underwear for nap and bedtime
