Flower Show

Today we went down to the flower show. I have never been there!  Bob was there a long time ago... like when he was a kid! 

Bob flashed his badge and we got to ride down on the train for free!  Go us!!  Bob's parents had 3 free tickets for us so we only had to buy one... but when Bob went to buy one the lady gave him one for free!  Score!!  Super!!  So far the trip had been free and fun as the kiddos loved the train ride!

We entered the flower show... and then the grouchies took over... "ewww, it smells" and "Let's leave, I am ready to leave now."  Oiy.  We spent barely two hours at the flower show before Bob and I could not take the nagging any longer, so we walked over to Reading Terminal. 

I do have to agree... the flower show for me wasn't THAT exciting and it was crowded. 

As we walked into the Reading Terminal it was PACKED!  There were so many people that we decided to change plans and ate lunch at Maggiano's.  We all enjoyed a yummy Italian meal and headed back to the Reading Terminal for an ice cream dessert! 

Back to the train, and we went home... fun day!!

Family Evening Out

Tonight we went to church and out to supper.  At the last minute we decided it would be fun to go... bowling!  We played two games... in our church clothes!  haha.  Fun family time!  (Even if we had grouchy kiddos at the end because neither of them won...)

Asher's Egg Hunt

This morning we headed over to Asher's for an early morning Easter Egg Hunt!  This is RJ's last year as he will be too old next year :(  He had a great time and did a super job!  Morgan cheered him on like the awesome sister she is!!

 

Date Night

Bob and I had an appointment tonight, then we went out for a quick date night to grab supper.  We decided to hit up a local bar for a drink before heading home.  It is nice to spend time together!

Tuesday - Out we go

Today was a bit of a rough day for Daddy so we decided to head out to Red Robin for kids night.  We got to see Robin and the kiddos got free dessert!  Yum!!!  And had a little fun too :)

Pie Face

The kiddos and Daddy tried out pie face.  They had a lot of fun!  Such silliness and giggles!  Happy pie in the face lovies!

Then... they got Oreo involved...

I think everyone is in love with this game!!

Date night?!

Bob and I were invited to meet up with a few other couples at a local bar/restaurant.  It was a nice outing except for how long we had to wait!!  We got there around 6:45, given a 50 minute wait, and were finally seated at 8:05.  Ugh... lots of time standing at the crowded bar.  Supper was average, but it was enjoyable to be out together without the kiddos.
