Julia was the third kiddo off the bus! When she got off, she was a little hesitant as Morgan and RJ tried to say hi. I think she was a bit nervous or shy because there were a lot of people standing around. We got a quick shot of Morgan, RJ, and Julia and then off we headed to the grocery store!
At the grocery store Julia wanted to buy toys. We told her not today, as she said she had two dollars and wanted to spend it. She saved it, I won! :)
After grocery shopping we grabbed pizza and headed home. After supper Julia unpacked her bag and then the girls played dress up. This was the first round.... as there were several other outfits tried on (but I wasn't going to take a picture of each one!)
After dress up, the kiddos went outside and played in the yard and swing set for a couple hours, topped off my catching lightening bugs. They took a shower... silly girls took a shower together... then some Oreo ice cream for dessert (both Morgan and Julia's favorite) and off to bed.
There was a lot of energy from everyone (and I am tired!). Julia did not want to turn off her light... so I told her she must turn the light off by 10 and I would check on her. At 10 I checked on her and she was cuddled in a ball holding one of Morgan's stuffed animals that she 'adopted' for the time she is here sound asleep! I turned off the light and closed the door with out her moving an inch. I think the first night was a success!
