A night out

Bob wanted to take the kiddos on a night NOT scary hayride near his childhood home. He has ties to the farm because he worked there (at the scary hayride) when he was a kid. Aunt Melanie joined us because she was going to watch the kiddos for us Saturday night when we attended our Adults Only Halloween party and was spending the entire weekend. The kiddos enjoyed the ride. It was just a ride around the farm, no props set up or anything but we got to sit in a pile of hay and have a relaxing ride around... the ride was about 30 minutes.

I LOVE this picture of Aunt Melanie and RJ!

After the hayride we drove around trying to find a restaurant that didn't look TOO crowded. We ended up going to a Chinese Buffet. Buffets are always good! The kiddos did pretty well.

RJ LOVES these!! He probably ate Aunt Melanie's WHOLE plate!! You do the work for me and I'll eat your findings!!!

We enjoyed an evening out doing something different than the norm!
