Distracted while Momma makes lunch!
Today has been a great day thus far! RJ slept from 10pm-5:20am this morning in his bassinet! What an awesome sleep! He hasn't ever slept that long!! I had to look twice when I saw the 5 o'clock hour on the alarm clock! Then he nursed and slept again until 8:30ish! I didn't really sleep, just watched him sleep...but it was nice to cuddle with him and just watch how beautiful he looked and how peaceful!
The carpet people came this morning and gave us the correct carpet! It looks nice...it looks different b/c I had become used to what they gave us as our temporary carpet! The new Berber does look nice...I hope it doesn't clash our furniture and walls! (I'm sure I am just paranoid!)
Lunch was great today! The above pictures show what the kiddos were doing while I got lunch together, and the bottom pictures are what they were doing during lunch! RJ actually played by himself in his toy for a good 20 minutes!
Aunt Melanie came over today to drop off Carleigh for a visit (until next Tuesday). We took her outside for her first invisible fence training! SHOCK...ha ha!! You got shocked Carleigh!! She learned pretty quick not to go near the flags...hopefully she will be a quick learner! We'll see! Time will tell... I am not used to how much she jumps on you! Lacey jumps a little bit, and Nickel jumps somewhat...but he doesn't necessarily jump ON you, he jumps in front of you... Carleigh jumps on you and she has SHARP nails!! She might get more shock therapy... (just kidding Aunt Melanie!)
Time to go make supper!
