After we hit the slopes, it was time for some wet-pool fun! Why not use all amenities available to us while we are here! The adults enjoyed some time in the hot tub!

What does fuzzy mean?
We found a fuzzy dark caterpillar today. What does that mean? Cold or warm winter...hmm... what is that old wives tale?
Morgan was too scared to hold it...
RJ of course loved holding it!!

Yea! Snow!!
WHAT IS THIS?
So excited to see REAL amounts of snow today! Yipee! (Well... except for Nickel maybe...)
Morgan and RJ couldn't wait to go out and play in the snow! Neither could Daddy...
I think the kiddos both stayed out for almost two hours before RJ got cold. I had to harness Morgan in for nap time! After nap (and yes... in the dark) Morgan and RJ headed back outside to play in the snow some more! They were just IN LOVE with the snow! Carleigh seemed to enjoy it too... Nickel... not so much... In the early afternoon Bob snow blowed the driveway... after naps in the dark I shoveled the last inch or two off the driveway AND the heavy snow at the bottom of our driveway that the snowplow pushed there... blah... worst part! It was wet and heavy. Exercise done for today.
Below are a few pictures that wrapped up this snow filled day!
I just LOVE this picture of Morgan!
Carleigh got in the fun too!
Catching flying snowballs in her mouth...
or at least trying!!
Give me, give me, give me!
More snowballs... please!!!
I'm WAITING!

Magical Christmas Eve
Entering church this evening it was flurrying... when leaving we had enough snow on the car that it needed to be brushed off! It was a beautiful sight after our Christmas Eve Mass.
Check out my fancy kiddos in their self picked church outerwear!!
...if you look closely you can see some of our luminaries still lit... the snow sadly put out a lot of the neighborhood's candles... but what was left still looked pretty! I tried to relight some of ours that had gone out with no success... boo hiss... they were too wet!
