Feeling a bit like this today...

and imagine what it'd be like when summer does come. ah.
Bees'll buzz, kids'll blow dandelion fuzz
and I'll be doing whatever snow does in summer.
a drink in my hand, my snow up against the burning sand
probably getting gorgeously tanned in summer...
I'll finally see a summer breeze, blow away a winter storm
and find out what happens to solid water when it gets warm!
and I can't wait to see, what my buddies all think of me
just imagine how much cooler I'll be in summer...

The hot and the cold are both so intense
put 'em together it just makes sense!

Winter's a good time to stay in and cuddle
but put me in summer and I'll be a ---- happy snowman!

Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE snow!! I really really do!! I have loved snow since I was little and my love has not gone away... that being said... I am sad when days are added onto the end of the school year! It is super sad to see the end of our school year creeping later and later! Luckily today I already had off... but the kiddos had a snow make up day today... jokes on us (a day late!) Thanks Mother Nature!! Guess they will now have a 'snow make up day - snow make up day' added onto the end of their year. They will go out and play in the snow today for sure!! Make the best of that white stuff we have in April!! :)
