Morgan’s Last Ballet Recital - EVER!

And... just like that Morgan is done her ballet career.  Today was her final recital as she has shared on many occasions she no longer has a passion for dance.  No matter who tells her she is really good - she does not want to hear it and she says she is done with dance.  Her last recital was a spin off of the Nutcracker as they weren't able to do the Christmas show.  Morgan looked great and she did an amazing job like always!  She was blessed to have both her Aunts and girl cousins, and grandparents come to watch her!

Dance, dance, dance!!

Morgan did amazing last night and tonight!  So super proud of her hard work and dedication!  She smiled the entire time, was right on the beat, and didn't make any mistakes (at least that I could tell!)!  She makes my heart smile!  I don't have any pictures of her actual performance, but thank you to all Morgan's loved ones that came to watch her perform!

Morgan's Recital Rocked!

Morgan did an amazing job at both her recitals this weekend!  She looks so old, mature, and grown-up while performing.  She did a super job smiling and sticking her leaps and jumps!

The show was a bit different this year... instead of it being a flowing show, it was broken up into chunks and there were a lot more solos and tons more clapping.  The show lasted a bit over 2 hours, but for little ones (like RJ and Felicity) it probably felt like hours!  The show was great, it was just a bit more slow moving!

Ensemble Bows!

On Friday night, thank you to Grandmom and Granddad, and Auntie Nikki and Felicity for coming! Daddy got out of work an hour early to come too!  Love you all!
Because the show ran long I took a picture of Auntie Nikki and Felicity before Morgan was done with trophies, felt sad that they couldn't see Morgan, but I understood, it was getting pretty late!!

On Saturday night, thank you Aunt Meggie and Uncle Andy for driving all the way up from Maryland just to see Morgan perform!  That was so very nice of you!!  Love you both lots!!

After both shows, trophies were given out to the girls.  Every four years trophies are given out for how many years you have danced with Schubert School of Dance Arts!  This year was Morgan's fourth year!  Wow!
