Police Dinner

Tonight was Bob's police association dinner. No one gave the person in charge any help so the dinner its self was a little bit of a flop, but oh well... still got to see some people I haven't seen in a while.  Then Bob decided we would go to Casey's afterward.  No group photo this year.  

The whole time we were out Macen was over... I needed a picture to be assured they were in the basement, not in her bedroom, lol.

Tonight was the Police Association Supper.  It was a long night.  It was nice to see the wives I don't get to see too often, but not ordering supper until 8 makes for a late night!

Post holiday supper!

Tonight we celebrated as a department - our post holiday party!  It is always nice to see and chat with all the wives that we so rarely see!  It is also nice to see the guys in person.  I have to admit this year... it is starting to be obvious the divide between the 'older' guys and the more recent hires!  Some of those new hires truly look like teenagers still!  Gulp!  Nice night out!

Tonight was Bob's annual police supper out.  Unfortunately many of Bob's 'old' team members had to work so couldn't attend the supper.  I missed seeing those wives too!

It was still nice to get out and hang out with people we haven't seen in a while in a social setting!

Bob's Association Supper!

Tonight was Bob's Association Supper out with all the police guys.  It was a nice turn out, although none of the 'brass' came.  It was nice to chat with all the wives!  The appetizers were yummy, the drinks were tasty, but the food took forever to come... ordered at 8pm and didn't come out until 9:30... and was only so-so.  It is the company that counts, right?!
