Weekend Beach Trip

This beach trip Dad decided to stay home and work on projects he felt he needed to work on. Sadly, Morgan's friend couldn't get out of work so she was by herself this year. RJ was the lucky one that had his buddy join us! We left a tad later on Friday night because of not only beach traffic but Phillies traffic! We made pretty good time, but didn't get to the beach until right before 9:00pm. After unpacking we all took a quick trip up to the boardwalk where everyone got dessert - because, why not?!

Saturday in a snapshot...

Beautiful morning for a beautiful sunrise in Ocean City, NJ

Morgan loves her sunrises so I got up (at the crack of dawn) to join her for the beauty!

Not only a gorgeous sunrise but dolphins closer than I have ever seen at the shoreline!
Really cool experience!

Next stop - coffee and breakfast!

After our yummy breakfast we all headed to the beach for an amazing day!

Evening on the boardwalk - so cool - this kid was juggling with perfection!

Morgan didn't want to stay and watch the juggler so she walked ahead - the rent a cop police stopped her and told her she (teens) weren't allowed to walk the boardwalk after 8pm with a backpack on unless they were with their parents. I laughed - she was a bit more than annoyed...hehehe

Do you see her? She is front left! She had a blast on this one ride - the line was long - but shorter than she has seen it so she took the opportunity to ride it!

Sorry Morgan - another picture with your Momma!

Refused to let me take a picture of her dessert - best I could grab!
(With a tshirt purchase so she could shove her bookbag into the bag, lol)

Off on their own - only requirement - selfies please so...

Selfies with his friend!

Of course a selfie of their desserts too, lol

Sunday in a quicker snapshot...

Another gorgeous sunrise!

Off to breakfast...

Morgan's breakfast!

Adam's breakfast!

RJ's breakfast!

One more chance to relax!

Just Momma and her best girl!

Time to pack up, clean and head home to real life. Until next time ocean!
