Pie Face

The kiddos and Daddy tried out pie face.  They had a lot of fun!  Such silliness and giggles!  Happy pie in the face lovies!

Date night?!

Bob and I were invited to meet up with a few other couples at a local bar/restaurant.  It was a nice outing except for how long we had to wait!!  We got there around 6:45, given a 50 minute wait, and were finally seated at 8:05.  Ugh... lots of time standing at the crowded bar.  Supper was average, but it was enjoyable to be out together without the kiddos.

Daddy - Daughter Dance

Today was the Daddy-Daughter dance at the High School.  This is the dress Morgan picked out and off they went!  It looks like they had a great time!

RJ and the loose tooth!

Yesterday morning RJ woke up and said, "Momma I have a wiggly tooth!!"  I didn't believe him, but sure enough his front bottom tooth was wiggly!  Wow!  Super excited!!  Tooth fairy better start preparing!!

Well, sure enough this morning RJ says as we get him up, "Look, my tooth came out!!"  No way?! What?  It took Morgan a month (or more) for her first wiggly tooth to come out... and RJ... in LITERALLY one day?!  Holy cow bubba boo!!!  Congrats to you!!  Hope the tooth fairy is ready tonight!  ;)

Walt Disney

Morgan did a great job tonight as Walt Disney!  For the last 3 months or so she has been working on reading about Walt Disney, writing her own biography about him, creating a costume that looked like him, memorizing her lines, and tonight performed as Walt Disney at the wax museum!!  Great job peanut!

Flowers for V-day

Today was a frustrating day!  Long story short, I went to see a preschool student to do an assessment and mom never returned my call to share he would not be in for the morning.  I raced back to school to see my student whom I see five days a week and she was absent.  I then ran back to the preschool around lunch to do my assessment, and then over to my inservice.

How nice when I got to my inservice a bouquet of flowers was waiting for me in the office!  Good thing I shared with Bob my crazy day or flowers would have been at my school waiting for me (not where I went for the inservice)!!  On the card my school address was written first and then the schools address I was really at was written second!

I felt loved and it definitely brightened my day up!!!

Ash Wednesday

Today was a busy day... instead of prep we were expected to attend Ash Wednesday church that started at 4:30.  Thank goodness Bob got the kiddos there and I went straight from school.  After church (1.5 hours long!) I took Morgan to dance, and I joined my Pilates class as RJ did his homework.  Bob had to do one of his panels...

We got home at our usual time... 7:45.  The kiddos ate mac and cheese and I had a heaping bowl of oatmeal with cranberries, my one and only meal today.  It sure tasted yummy! (I was a bit... STARVING!!!)

Super Bowl

We invited Bob's parents over for the super bowl.  Our neighbors didn't have any plans, so we invited them over too.  It was low key, but the kiddos had a fun time playing and the food Bob made was delicious!  Thanks for a fun low key night!!

Pfaff Bingo Night!

Tonight was the kiddos Bingo night.  Bob and I both got to go tonight.  I was on the baking committee so I made 4 dozen rice krispie treats!  Oh my! Each kiddo won a price so everyone was happy, whew!

Recorder Practice

Morgan is taking her Recorder practice very seriously!  Good for her!!
