Sunday relaxing

We went to church this morning.  Since we don't have Sunday School, I picked a church that took the children out for half of mass to teach the readings in a more 'child-friendly' way.  Catherine did great!  (She may have done better than RJ!!)

After church we headed home and just played around the house.  We played outside on our playground/sand box for a while and road bikes and scooters.

Easy going day... topped off with making cupcake ice cream cones and decorating them before enjoying them.  I like getting the kiddos involved in baking because it has many steps that we need to follow and it helps with the idea of first, second, third...
