One last time with her crib!
Yes, we have entered a new phase in Morgan's life!!! She has officially stopped bottles on her own!! It has been over two weeks and she has only drank her milk out of princess cups! No more bottles! Ya!! The catch? She wanted to sleep in a castle bed! So, after many hours of searching for a castle bed online I gave in and checked out Craigslist. I found several beds within two hours that were still available. I actually contacted 6 or so people. Long story short someone said that their bed was in very good condition, Bob went up to pick it up and guess what? Bob bought it but it when I saw it I thought it was in HORRIBLE condition. It was dirty, the pictures weren't perfect, and pieces were missing to hold the mattress to name a few! Urgh. So today Bob went and bought another one and this one was in very good condition except for the headboard stickers. They were all ripped off. So I got a smart idea, went to Michael's and bought some foam board and some princess stickers. I cut the window shapes out and Morgan decorated the windows with the princess attire. She LOVES IT!!! I am not liking the asymmetry, but I am happy if she is happy!!! I think she likes her home made one even better than she would have liked the original one!

It was so exciting, but sad for me! My little girl was obviously ready for this next step, but wow... no more crib for her! Now I see her as getting bigger! I can't believe my 'baby girl' is now sleeping in a real bed! Bob isn't too helpful with my sad emotions, but that would be a typical man, he doesn't get it!! Morgan will always be my baby girl no matter what!!
