Santa time

Today we visited Santa at the mall.  Even Daddy and I got in on the fun!  I told Santa my wishes for Christmas as did RJ... but Morgan said she would be telling Sweetie instead of Santa... because Sweetie would deliver her message.  Ok... guess she has a point!

Finding OUR tree

Bob decided we should go get our tree today to allow more time to decorate our tree, allowing tomorrow to be less crazy with our visit to Santa.  It always seems so exciting to go and then becomes a little frustrating when trying to all agree on OUR perfect tree!  We found one that we all think will work!  Here's to getting it home and decorating it together!

Today we pulled out all the Christmas decorations and began the fun of decorating!  I love the Christmas season... not only the lights and decorations but the love and joy spread around by others!  Time to get decorating!

Family Supper

Tonight MeMom and Pop Pop invited us all out for a family supper... although we missed the Schultz family, they were there with us in our thoughts!  Thank goodness MeMom was able to make a reservation and the food was pretty good!  All the kiddos behaved which was a miracle and everyone enjoyed themselves!

Thanksgiving

This afternoon we enjoyed a yummy supper at Aunt Virginia and Uncle Ken's home.  It was nice as the whole family gathered to share in fellowship.  Unfortunately Bob's dad was not there as he went to Minnesota to visit his brother.  It was also a little lonely without his mom present.  I could feel her with us in spirit even though she wasn't there in body.  She always enjoyed gathering with family, something she and I had in common!

We each wrote a thankful leaf and read them after supper.
