Murder Mystery

We went to a Murder Mystery in Peddlers Village for a Valentine's Date tonight. It was called, "Who killed the king of Rock and Roll." Obviously it was about Elvis Presley. It was a little too... how do you say... adult content filled for me to LOVE the show. Hip shaking is not my favorite thing, especially when the characters are standing right on top of you. I have to admit... what made my night... and I know this shouldn't be funny... but I couldn't help it (and the girl will probably break up with her boyfriend now...) but there were several times a gun was shot into the air. EVERY TIME the gun was shot (and it did sound like a real gun) this African American gal jumped off her seat under the table -- like she was ducking for cover!! This happened every time! (At least 6 times!!) And her face was priceless... from her expressions she was NOT teasing, she was seriously scared! We all laughed, but really... poor girl! We hope she didn't have something dreadful in her past that these gun sounds were conjuring up!! I know it is horrible of me, but I think that was my favorite part of the night!! Oh, and, my meal was delicious... Filet Mignon as the main entree and cheesecake for dessert. Bob had Chicken Marsala. Yum! The company with Bob wasn't shabby either! When we got home Grandmom and Granddad had put the kiddos to bed already! One thing left... time for me to go to bed! Night!
