Started with the zoo, ended with supper out! What a lucky girl!!
My BABY girl is really three years old! I can't believe how fast three years has gone! It seems like only yesterday I was fighting with her to nurse, to eat, to sleep (when not eating), and just constantly staring at that little human that I created! Not truly believing I was her sole keeper the rest of her life! It is absolutely true... time flies!
Morgan has turned into such a sweet little girl! She has learned so many things throughout this past year! Becoming potty trained, dressing herself, loving her brother unconditionally, holding full conversations and understanding every word that comes out of someones mouth! And if she doesn't understand she knows to ask why? or she says, "I don't know that word!"
She continues to take naps on most days ranging from 1.5 hours to 3 hours! On the days she chooses not to nap she takes a rest in her room. On the monitor we hear her reading her book to Elmo and her dog the two animals she likes to keep in her crib with her... yes... crib! She has not tried to climb out yet so she is still in her crib! She seems to really like it and she doesn't fight us about going in! I am not ready to give up my freedom of her being able to come out of her room any time she wants!! (I know, a little selfish!)
Morgan, you are still a small eater... I wouldn't call you picky... you just have such a small appetite! One or two bites and you say I'm done! You still try anything we ask you to try, but now you will spit it out if you don't like something!
You are learning to cover you mouth when you cough, and sneeze and you are even learning how to blow your own nose! You even say god-bless you to others when they sneeze!
My favorite saying of yours right now is, "You are the greatest/best Momma in the whole world!" It melts my heart every time you say it!
Your favorite shows right now are Olivia, Max&Ruby, Elmo movies, and still (of course) Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!!
Peanut you are still my baby girl... even as you grow! I love you very much! Happy 3rd birthday cutie pie!
