Trum Hunt!

Today was the Trumbauersville Easter Egg Hunt!  We stood chilly for longer than they hunted... but hunting real hard boiled eggs for numbers if a fun task!  I think in the few minutes they gathered eggs they had a blast!

They both got a numbered egg... which means they each got candy!

They were both happy campers!

Our next door neighbor was so kind to take Morgan and RJ with his daughter to play at a local moon bounce facility then out for water ice.  Blue dye all around!

Today Aunt Melanie had our kiddos so Bob and I enjoyed a workout at the gym together!  I am going to be sore tomorrow!!!

I have never seen this machine before... it was like a stepper but went side to side instead of up and down... hmmm...

We then went to Lowe's to buy wood and came home and worked on our garden.  I think we accomplished a lot!

After spending the day together it was time to go collect our kiddos... we met Aunt Melanie at Texas Roadhouse and enjoyed a yummy supper then headed home.  Besides the LONG wait the food was delicious and we all came away with full bellies!

Project Fair!

This year RJ and Morgan decided their project fair ideas long ago, but didn't work on them until it was soo late!  On Tuesday I was looking at two blank poster board.  Um... problem!!  Bob was leaving town Wednesday am until Friday night, I was going out Thursday night, and the projects had to be at school on Friday am.  SO... Wednesday night AFTER prep and dance... we started the projects, oh, around 8:00.  Gulp!  Somehow (with a lot of voice raising by Momma, which I feel bad about!!!) the projects got done!  They each did over 80% by themselves!  I think they turned out pretty great, although I could be a little biased :)

St Patty's Day Fun!

Bob was away, but I went out to our local Irish pub for the night with a girlfriend!  Super fun time with some green beer thrown in!!

Flower Show

Today we went down to the flower show. I have never been there!  Bob was there a long time ago... like when he was a kid! 

Bob flashed his badge and we got to ride down on the train for free!  Go us!!  Bob's parents had 3 free tickets for us so we only had to buy one... but when Bob went to buy one the lady gave him one for free!  Score!!  Super!!  So far the trip had been free and fun as the kiddos loved the train ride!

We entered the flower show... and then the grouchies took over... "ewww, it smells" and "Let's leave, I am ready to leave now."  Oiy.  We spent barely two hours at the flower show before Bob and I could not take the nagging any longer, so we walked over to Reading Terminal. 

I do have to agree... the flower show for me wasn't THAT exciting and it was crowded. 

As we walked into the Reading Terminal it was PACKED!  There were so many people that we decided to change plans and ate lunch at Maggiano's.  We all enjoyed a yummy Italian meal and headed back to the Reading Terminal for an ice cream dessert! 

Back to the train, and we went home... fun day!!

Family Evening Out

Tonight we went to church and out to supper.  At the last minute we decided it would be fun to go... bowling!  We played two games... in our church clothes!  haha.  Fun family time!  (Even if we had grouchy kiddos at the end because neither of them won...)
