Post Anniversary Date

Feed the children service project

RJ was chosen to join the field trip to Del Val to participate in the 'Feed the Children' campaign. He was super excited he was picked and had a really nice day volunteering and helping others.

Today I took a few friends with RJ to Dave and Busters to celebrate his birthday. We all had off for the day - so perfect time to go celebrate RJ! (We didn't need to compete with sports practices/games.) They all had a blast. Spent a couple hundred dollars (gulp) but RJ was happy! I like to see him happy because he doesn't always have things work out with friends.

Soccer rain

Well...soccer in the rain is no fun! Thank goodness we could sit in the car and watch - but poor kiddos! RJ was drenched when he got done! Wish I had taken a picture! He was so cold and grouchy. Wouldn't anyone be upset?! Just a heads up - it wasn't drizzling - it was pouring - and at one time it felt like it was pouring buckets!
