Today we drove down to Maryland to celebrate Claire's 5th birthday!  Wow!  How did this happen?!  Fun to hang with the family.  Only yucky part... driving all the way down to drive all the way home.  Family is worth it!

Prom at Steel Stacks!

Prom! So fun!!

Steel Stacks venue. Beautiful backdrops and such a cool atmosphere!  Only downfall was the amount of steps these poor girls had to climb in their fancy dresses and high heels.

They had finger foods for supper including pretzel bites, chicken fingers, and perogies. I’m in heaven with those foods!!  Along with a make-it-yourself sundae bar for dessert!  Yummy!

I am one of those crazy people who really enjoys 'people watching' and liked taking in all the sights of the evening! Another fun night in the books!

Kind-hearted

Morgan had this great idea to post signs with "take a smile" around the neighborhood.  I love how thoughtful and kind she is!

Morgan continues to enjoy art and being creative.  She takes pride in her work and really is meticulous and takes her time on everything she creates.  She again was invited to have her piece in the district art show.  So proud of her!

Glow Run

Nachole asked me to run the Glow Run 5K with her in town.  Reluctantly I went.  Bunch of people there I knew.  That is the part I don't like... I don't like people (especially people I know) watching me run... I'm just too self conscious!  But... here I was... running the 5K.  At least it will be darkish?  We met up with an old neighbor of mine, whose son is also on the soccer team with Nachole and my son.  Had to get pictures...  before and after!

Free - yes please!!

Today was 3 free pretzels at Philly Pretzel Factory for people with the name Elizabeth.  Ding-ding-ding!  That's me!  You betcha after a friend let me know it was my day I was there!  (Enjoying my supper, lol)

Teacher Appreciation

Our home and school is very kind and generous during teacher appreciation week.  We enjoy a buffet breakfast one morning and get a small little gift with cute sayings each day of the week!  I'm lucky have such a great home and school!
