The day has finally come!! Claire becomes a little saint today! We got down to Maryland mid-morning and got to spend some time with Megan, Andy, Claire, MeMom, and Pop Pop before everyone else started showing up. I love that little munchkin so much. I wish we were closer!!!! She is getting so, so big!

The Baptism was held during mass. It was the first time I saw a Baptism during mass, but it went smoothly. Claire was AMAZING during the entire mass and baptism, even when water was poured over her head! What a trooper!! I got to hold her for a chunk of the mass and she was even well behaved for me! Way to go beautiful, sweet girl!

And of course... the awesome cake done by MeMom!!!

Mummers Day!

Today was a low-key kind of day! We woke up and had a little bit of sillies...

Then we headed over to MeMom and Pop Pop's for the Mummer's parade. The kiddos brought games and they played games with MeMom and Pop Pop. Pop Pop was a good sport and even got down on the floor with them! MeMom made a big smorgasbord like usual and we all ate lots of bad.for.you. food. Oh well, just once in a great while can't hurt, right?

Happy New Years!!

Last night we had a quiet night in! Bob had to work yesterday (and today) from 7am to 7pm (overtime is the only thing that makes this ok!).

Last night the kiddos and I ran to church for our holy day of obligation -- fulfilled... of course it was DEAD (unlike on Christmas). Typical!!

We came home and cooked up a lasagna for supper. We enjoyed a late supper together as a family before watching Dick Clarke's Rockin' Eve (that started at 7pm!) around 8pm. Morgan danced around to all the music and had a blast!

Around 9pm Daddy, RJ, and the doggies celebrated New Year's Eve! Unfortunately, RJ did not take a nap so he was unable to stay up until midnight! Morgan DID take a nap so she was able to stay up!!

This was what it looked like around 11pm... WAY past my bedtime!! Morgan going strong... Momma struggling :) and Carleigh...done!

BUT... with a few cat naps Momma was up and running for the countdown!! Doggies put to bed, sparkling cider out and poured and the countdown was on!!

Happy New Year everyone!!!

It is my hope that 2015 will bring many new memories to keep near and dear to our hearts with minimal tribulations! For my children, I hope they meet their expectations and continue to soar!
