Easter at MeMom's

After finding all our Easter goodies left by the Easter Bunny, Daddy went to bed and the kiddos and I went to church.   Very crowded, but we had an Obligate from DeSales who had a pretty quick moving mass.  He started his homily with, "You can tell it is Easter when you look all around (obviously meaning how crowded it was) and you see that every light in the church is on."  Everyone chuckled, had to explain it to Morgan as she didn't laugh.  She was confused...  she will learn!

After church we came home checked out our Easter stash again (ate some more candy, we had to!  It was Easter!) and then headed to MeMom's to visit with Aunt Meggie and Uncle Andy.

MeMom SPOILED the kiddos with gifts and a band new wardrobe of clothes for the spring.  Again, I assured her she was too generous and even asked her to take some back.  Nope, her quote, "I liked it all too much."

Everyone arrived for Easter.  Morgan and RJ got a couple things from Grandmom and Granddad.  (More typical!!)

The kiddos loved playing with their cousins!  

Long day, but fun.  Now off to bed I go as I have school tomorrow (Morgan and RJ have off, lucky ducks!).  Due to sooo many snow days I lost Monday.

Easter Morning

Although Daddy had to work, he was able to stay up just long enough to see the kiddos find their hidden goodies from the Easter Bunny!  (Morgan somehow woke up early, not a typical, but hey it worked for Daddy!!)

They had lots of fun looking for eggs and their baskets... the Easter Bunny stumped them on a few eggs and a couple baskets... way to go Easter Bunny!!!
